Alrighty - here’s an update, Egg 9 hatched around 5am this morning, then Egg 1 hatched just before 11am. Both of the little pluckers are pretty wrecked and keep falling asleep. There stomach forms around the yolk or something like that so they can survive for 72 hours with no food or water, so we’re going to wait till all the eggs are hatched then move them in to their new home for a snack and a drink.

And then right before our eyes, egg number 1 hatched. He’s now hanging out with 9er. Having a laugh, learning to walk, the usual, j’know… Tell us what to call Egg1, we’ll write up the names for both newborns later!
